Meet the Team
Dean JacobsDirector
Dean started in financial services in 2004 and has specialised in the new build mortgage market since 2013.
New build demands fast, expert knowledge in order to help clients meet their 28-day exchange deadline for their new home. Over the years, Dean has worked with a range of large national builders and a is well versed in a variety of new build specific schemes so is well equipped to give great advice in this area.
Dean claims to be able to remember every client, even several years down the line when it's time to review their mortgage again, and really enjoys re-connecting with clients.
Outside of work, Dean exercises every day so he can eat whatever he likes!
Rebecca BelcherDirector
Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience within the new build financial industry, working alongside and building relationships with some of the top developments in the UK.
The new build industry requires an immense amount of knowledge and attention to detail, Rebecca has become a specialist in this field understanding the quick changing criteria but also being able to place the perfect lender with the right client within a strict exchange deadline timeframe.
Just as important, Rebecca likes to re-visit existing customers and new clients mortgage deals to see how she can help them better the deal they have been presented with. It’s important to understand what the client wants and we go from there.
Outside of work, Rebecca’s time is spent at the side of a football pitch cheering on her three sons!
Robert ReynoldsDirector
Rob has been in financial services since 2007. Since 2009, he has worked extensively in the new build, re-mortgage and buy to let markets.
He prides himself on delivering friendly, fast and effective solutions, designed specifically to meet his clients’ needs.
Outside of work, Rob’s time is spent mainly with his three children, playing his drum kit (noisily) and watching MK Dons FC with his son Jacob.
Thomas BelcherMortgage and Protection Specialist
With 20 years’ risk management experience. Tom is our in-house protection specialist, dedicated to protecting you and your property. His depth of experience ensures that his recommends are always those that are best able to provide financial security and peace of mind for you and your family.
Tom also prides himself in being able to deliver timely mortgage solutions. That meet clients exacting requirements in a friendly and professional manor. The solutions identified are always those that achieve the best outcome for the client.
Outside of work, Tom’s favourite pass time is to support his three boys on the football pitch. He’s also a keen runner and whenever his schedule allows, loves to get out into the Buckinghamshire countryside.
Louise HarrisonSenior Business Administrator
Louise has been an administrator in the financial industry for more than 10 years. Thorough and methodical in her approach to client’s applications, Louise makes sure nothing is missed!
Her main focus is liaising with lenders to keep an eye on the progress of each case, all the way through to offer. She is always on hand to help and keep you informed along the way.
Hannah GoodeBusiness Administrator
Hannah has worked alongside our brokers for more than ten years, helping to collate, organise and uploading documents to lenders. She also completes our new build paperwork.
Hannah is a crucial part of our team, guiding you through your mortgage journey from the very beginning to the submission of your application.
Neil HuxleyMortgage and Protection Adviser
Neil has been advising on mortgages and mortgage protection for the last 18 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the financial sector and prides himself on providing honest, tailored solutions for his clients.
Having experience working as a broker and within the banking industry previously, Neil is ideally placed to help his clients achieve their goals. He loves to help his clients, whether they’re purchasing a new home, remortgaging or investing in rental properties.
Out with work, Neil enjoys nature, walking and sports. He enjoys spending time with his family and travelling as much as possible!
George IngsMortgage and Protection Adviser
George has currently been with Allegro Mortgages since 2021 as a mortgage and protection adviser and has mainly been focussed on the new build mortgage market, assisting national developers with their clients needs.
As well as this, George also assists his clients with Buy to Let Mortgages, Remortgaging and protection needs. George prides himself on having excellent relationships with his clients and making sure he is always available to assist you with your mortgage and protection needs throughout the process.
Previously to this role he had been working as a protection specialist for an award-winning protection firm for several years.
Outside of work George is a keen footballer and regularly plays with his teammates throughout the week and weekends.
Darren HughesMortgage and Protection Adviser
Darren has been in the Financial Services industry since 2001, starting in compliance and complaints handling for large UK lenders.
Customer Service is at the heart of everything he does, and he prides himself on being friendly, approachable and providing speedy responses to all customer enquiries.
Darren is experienced in both new build and standard purchases, Government schemes including Shared Ownership, Right to Buy and Key Worker schemes, Remortgages and Buy to Let (including Limited Company BTL).
Outside work Darren is still a keen footballer even at his age and enjoys a game of squash and socialising when not sat at his laptop.
